About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planner to join our team for an EPC contract in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all project activities are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all phases of the contract, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling support and expertise.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project schedules.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, on EPC projects .
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines..
