About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPC Contract Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contractual aspects of our EPC projects. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of EPC contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to contractual terms.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle any disputes or claims that arise during the project, working towards amicable resolutions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, financial performance, and project progress to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the EPC sector.
• Strong understanding of EPC project processes and contract law.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Relevant certifications in project management or contract law are desirable.
