Job Title: NDT Manager

Job Summary: The NDT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all non-destructive testing activities within the organization. This role ensures that all NDT processes and procedures meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, while also leading a team of NDT technicians and inspectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain NDT programs, methods, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and provide leadership to NDT personnel, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of NDT activities within the overall production process.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the integrity and reliability of NDT processes.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to address NDT-related concerns and provide technical support.
• Prepare and manage the NDT department budget, including resource allocation and cost control.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NDT technology and industry best practices.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during NDT operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in NDT, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in NDT Level II or III (e.g., ASNT, PCN).
• Strong knowledge of various NDT methods, including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASTM, ASME, and ISO.
